What we collect

- The address we clean, and how your cleaner gets in (for example a lockbox)
- Your bookings, quotes, invoices and payments
- Messages you send us
- The date, time and internet address when you agree to our terms
Why we use it
- To arrange and carry out your cleans, and to invoice you (to perform our contract with you)
- To reply to your messages (our legitimate interest in helping you)
- To keep financial records (a legal obligation)
- To see how people use our website, only if you accept analytics cookies (your consent)
Who sees it
Your cleaner sees your first name, address, visit details and access arrangements. We use trusted providers to host our website, send emails and store data, in the UK or EU. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep invoices and financial records for 6 years, as HMRC requires. We keep your account while you use our services, and delete or anonymise the rest when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, contact us.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
